Leaked Docs: Biden Plans Total Far-Left Overhaul Of Military

The DOD agency that runs military children’s schools has approved a contract worth up to almost $2 million for large Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion brain washing, according to a copy of the contract obtained from the Functional Government Initiative.

The DOD Education Activity (DoDEA) selected BCT Partners, a consulting firm focusing on “equity,” to develop an “action plan” for the agency’s DEI program in 2021, citing the fact that “DoDEA has never had a systematic contract for this sort of work,” according to the document. Among the contract’s many responsibilities are a full examination of DEI policies across DoDEA, continuing consultation, program creation, and professional learning for senior admin staff, and even students.

“The demographics of DoDEA schools resemble those of the US military they serve. The demographics of DoDEA senior staff and [headquarters] staff differ from those of our schools,” according to the contract’s performance objectives clause.

The deal, signed in November 2021, is defined as “an indefinite-quantity contract,” with the option to renew until May 2028.

DoDEA has paid out more than $600,000 to date, according to federal statistics. However, it has the option to add more than $1.2 million before the contract expires, for a total of $1,987,347 over the one year and four possible additional years.

“DoDEA acknowledges that in order for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy to be effectively implemented, there must be (1) knowledgeable leadership teams that spearhead DEI initiatives, (2) involved managers, supervisors, and administrators who serve on diversity councils, (3) strong instructional leadership in each school, (4) knowledgeable employees who appreciate the influence of race, diversity, equality, and inclusion on the agency’s culture, and (5) integrated approaches to promote DEI principles in educator preparation, curriculum implementation, and professional learning,” the “background” section of the contract stated.

“DEI focuses on equity, race, diversity, and inclusion, which essentially means ‘fairness or justice in how individuals are treated, especially when handling the seven protected classes,'” the “background” claimed.

According to the description, D0DEA served roughly 66,000 students in 174 schools in the United States and on military facilities around the world when the deal was signed.

Over the next year, BCT Partners would have given a “DEI Evaluation Assessment Report” based on survey data that DODEA had previously obtained. The review would entail finding alleged “inequities, impediments, and gaps” that impede DODEA from adopting DEI principles across the agency, affecting everything from recruitment, promotion, and retention to teaching and learning procedures.

Another goal was to deliver at least 75 yearly “interactive expert DEI consulting services” lasting 90 minutes each to 50 senior executives, other senior leadership, the DEI Director, and members of twelve working groups.

Kelisa Wing was the agency’s DEI Director at the time, and the contract lists her as a point of contact.

The Pentagon relocated Wing in March, claiming standard staff “restructuring” demands, despite the fact that a social media post Wing made disparaging white people provoked a backlash.

According to the contract, BCT Partners would assist in the development of DoDEA’s DEI Charter and Strategic Plan, as well as offer continuous professional support services and help the agency step by step through the evaluation and implementation of DEI throughout the organization.

The contract also includes a list of DEI-related terms and meanings, such as “micro-aggression,” “gaslighting,” and three separate definitions of “racist.”

The treaty described antiracism as “an active and conscientious endeavor to struggle against multiple dimensions of racism.”
