Hasan Piker, the Marxist streamer who functions as the Democratic Socialists of America's most visible cheerleader, was captured on video saying this: "We want more immigrants to come into your countries and then they're gonna f**k your sisters and then your daughters. We're here to destroy the White Race, Bitch."
This is the same Hasan Piker who has publicly stated "America deserved 9/11," declared "I do not support the United States of America," announced that "overall, my favorite flag is Hezbollah," and — in a moment of particular clarity — said "Yeah kill them! Kill those motherfuckers and murder those motherfuckers in the streets."
At some point you stop being a provocateur and start being a confession booth for an entire political movement.
You don't have to take my word on this though, here he is on camera admitting to wanting to destroy the White Race.
The DSA hasn't formally denounced him. They haven't expelled him. They haven't issued a statement distancing themselves from the man who keeps saying, out loud and on camera, what their critics have accused them of believing for years. The silence isn't an oversight. It's an endorsement by omission.
And this isn't just a fringe internet problem. The DSA is actively fielding candidates for real offices. Abdul El-Sayed is running for U.S. Senate in Michigan. Francesca Hong is running for governor in Wisconsin. Zohran Mamdani, a DSA member, is currently the mayor of New York City. These aren't hypothetical candidates on a wish list. They're on ballots and in office right now.
Even Hillary Clinton saw the liability. She warned her own party: "It's not just about Michigan — but the Republican messaging is: 'communist, socialist.' It's gonna be a VERY effective attack." When Hillary Clinton is telling you the communist label is going to stick, maybe examine why it keeps sticking.
The University of Washington, to its credit, canceled a scheduled Piker event. Republican state representative Travis Couture responded: "I'm happy that the University of Washington, for literally the first time ever, has made the correct decision to not have an America-hating communist spread his hatred." Federal investigators are reportedly examining possible foreign subversion network connections as well — which would make the "just a streamer" defense considerably harder to maintain.
The progressive response to all of this will be predictable. They'll call it a clip taken out of context, performance art, or ironic commentary that conservatives are too unsophisticated to understand. The "he's just joking" defense. It's the same shield they deploy every time one of their people gets caught saying exactly what they think.
But organizations are defined by what they tolerate. CodePink marches with him. DSA candidates appear on his platform. Nobody with any institutional authority on the left has said "this person does not represent us" and meant it. The few Democrats raising alarms are being dismissed by the very party apparatus that should be listening to them.
Piker said "I don't have any sort of patriotism in my heart for America." The DSA heard that and handed him a microphone. Their candidates heard it and kept showing up on his stream.
When someone tells you who they are — and the organization behind them responds with silence — that's not one person's opinion. That's a platform.
