Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) has filed a lawsuit against President Biden’s DHS for not sharing information about its plan to fly back to the U.S. some illegal immigrants who were removed by previous administrations.
Officials from IRLI filed a lawsuit against DHS this week, saying that the agency refused to provide them information about its policy, which was announced in July 2021, to let some illegal immigrants who served in the U.S. Armed Forces come back to the U.S. even though they had been deported for crimes.
The head of IRLI, Dale Wilcox, stated in a statement, “This administration has made it very clear that they want to keep criminal aliens inside our country, and presently they are taking advantage of the support of American veterans to let in even more potentially dangerous aliens.”
“To make matters worse, the White House is not following through on its legal duty to answer questions about this program. This matter will be pursued in order to inform the public about yet another attempt by the Biden administration to undermine the interests of the people.”
The complaint specifically states that in April of this year, IRLI requested, via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) correspondence, “all documentation as well as policies pertaining to the DHS initiative… that identifies and returns already deported non-citizen veterans” to the United States from DHS authorities.
Also, the FOIA request called for all the information about any cases in which the policy had been used to bring illegal immigrants back to the U.S.
The claim says that in April, DHS officials wrote that they’d received the FOIA request but did not say anything else about whether the request for information would be approved or not.
The suit is asking the federal court to say that DHS needs to give over all policy-related papers and information.
According to IRLI Director of Investigations Matt O’Brien, “the group wants to know why Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas as well as the US Citizenship and Immigration Services think it’s okay to start a special amnesty that treats foreign criminals differently just because they had served in the military for a short time.”
If it was possible for Biden to win another 4 years, we would end up with as many illegals as we have American citizens here in this country. What is he trying to do? Does he think they will all vote for him? How can he fix it for them to vote in our elections? They are not American citizens, they are illegal invaders of our country. Everyone should understand that Biden has been doing everything he can to destroy the country. He fully intends to make our country a Democratic dictatorship. It’s a money thing—politicians would sell out their mothers if given the opportunity. If you want to get your country back, two things have to happen:
1) Any politician receiving a gift whether money, object or travel would immediately be given a 25 year prison sentence to be served full term and:
2) Reinstate the death penalty…One year allowed for appeals and then the sentence MUST be carried out. Mental problems and/or poor childhood …no defense…..no postponements
